Dr. Mark Welton is a Healthcare Executive whose experience spans corporate leadership within major academic health systems and direct delivery as a colorectal surgeon. As a clinical leader for 30 years, he mentored and coached students, residents, junior faculty and colleagues. As an administrative leader, he counseled clinicians with behavioral and fitness to serve issues in large matrixed academic health systems. As a clinician he collaborated with colleagues in biodesign and large corporations to advance potential solutions to clinical challenges.
